This Support Policy highlights policies and procedures under which AD Build operates. At AD Build, we give our sellers fair autonomy, which enables them to dictate their terms of sales. Before purchasing a product from our store, carefully read through the individual seller's return policy mentioned on the product's page to ensure a smooth shopping experience with us.

 

A lot of hard work has gone into the creation of the products sold at our store; we hope you will love what you purchase from us.

 

Terms and Conditions for Returns

In order to return a product to us, the following criteria must be met:

· Any faulty, damaged, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of the product delivery, including products of:

· 

- Incorrect size: the item differs significantly from what is shown in the images and description;

- Incorrect color: the item isn't the color you wanted.

   

 

Note: Please bear in mind that many items on the website are handmade, which may lead to some variations and imperfections; however, they will not constitute a "faulty product" and cannot be returned.

 

Conditions of Return

In order to return your item of choice, it must abide by the following criteria:

· The returned item must have all tags attached;

· It must be returned in its original packaging.

Once we accept the returned products, ensuring that they follow our criteria, we will transfer the store credits equaling the value of the purchased item into the customer's account. You can use these credits toward a future purchase at ADbuild.com. However, the store credits will expire after six months of their date of issue.

 Note: If it is the fault of the seller and verified by ADbuild's team, the original shipping/handling will be refunded along with the product value in terms of store credit.

 

A return is not applicable in the following conditions:

· Custom made or personalized items;

· Items that have been worn, washed, soiled, and are without tags;

· Innerwear, lingerie, beachwear, jewelry, and unsealed cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygienic protocols;

· Products sold as combos or sets will not be returned or replaced individually;

· Seal-opened items are non-returnable as the product cannot be resold;

· Any return request made outside the specified time frame (within 24 hours of delivery) will not be entertained.

 

Cancellation Policy

Customers are eligible to cancel their orders within a period of 24 hours from the time of their purchase; we will make refunds to the payment solution client has used.

 

Please bear in mind that the refund transfer can take up to 45 days to complete.

I bought an item, and I simply changed my mind. Can I return it?

Absolutely! If you want to return an item you just bought, you can return it by contacting us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. According to our return and exchange policy, your return request will first be thoroughly investigated by our team and the seller. If your request meets our criteria, our team will let you know about the reverse pick-up for the product purchased.

 

Note: To exchange an item, the buyer is responsible for bearing the costs of the reverse pick-up; AD Build will not be responsible for it. After your request is processed, you will be sent an email notification about the newly transferred credits in your account.

 

What do I do if the product received is physically damaged?

Our sellers do their best to ensure your item reaches you in its optimal condition; however, if you do receive a faulty item, you are required to report your concern within a day of getting your order. Please email us at [email protected] with the issue you've encountered and images of the damaged product. On processing your request, we will re-pick the product, check it for faults, and after the seller approves it, the amount will be credited to your account.

Please keep in mind that we strictly cater to refund requests made within the first two days of the delivery to prevent any misuse of our policy. Any complaints made regarding broken items after this window of time will not be considered.

Note: If the damaged item is the seller's fault, the seller will handle the cost for the initial shipment and reverse pickup.

 

I paid through Cash on Delivery. How will I receive a refund for my item?

If you have made a payment through Cash on Delivery (COD), the value of the returned product would automatically reflect in the form of Store Credit in your account at AD Build. You can simply log into your account and access your credit balance. Using this credit, you can make new purchases of the same value on ADbuild.com.
