The currency you select will be displayed on the site, and the same currency will be charged on your Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.

AD Build accepts online payment in AEDvia Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All of our online purchases are controlled by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Our Terms of Use hereby override any written or verbal communications or agreements according to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. Please note that all refunds made will be made on the original mode of payment.

DELIVERY /SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER

1.     Delivery Costs. You can check the costs of delivery on our website.

2.     Delivery Date. 2-5 business days.

3.     Delivery Area: United Arab Emirates.

4.     Delivery Delays:

a.        if an event is delayed by something we have no control over, we will reach out to you and take relevant steps to ensure timely delivery;

b.        if the case of unavailability, considering that the product cannot be placed in your letterbox, we will send you information on how to rearrange your delivery further.

c.        if we cannot rearrange your delivery or if you do not collect your product from us, we will contact you again. After reasonable attempts from our side, if we are still unable to contact you, your order will be canceled.

5.     ID Upon Delivery. We may ask to see your ID at the time of delivery to verify your identity. You may be required to provide us with documentation including (but not restricted to) a form of identification or credit/debit card. If we cannot verify your information, we may cancel your order or refuse delivery.

6.     Delivery from Overseas. If you are ordering overseas from us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products you've ordered comply with the rules and regulations of your country, including payment of customs duties, taxes, and/or shipping fees.  

7.     Title to Products. A product will be considered owned by you and your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the delivery address, and you have paid for the product.

8.     Invoice. We will issue an electronic invoice for your purchase and send such an invoice to the email address you provided to us.

 

ADVERTISING.

The Site may contain advertisements and/or sponsorships. It is the sole responsibility of advertisers and/or sponsors for ensuring that the materials submitted for inclusion on the Site are accurate and comply with all applicable laws. SEVERABILITY.
