INTRODUCTION Our G.R.P. Tanks are manufactured with the experienced hands and will meet all our tanks requirements. We make tanks for different purposes like the storage of Drinking water, sewage water, oil chemical etc. SHAPE Attractive Cylindrical Horizontal shape, specially designed to suit the capacity and long life. SURFACE Smooth and shining Isophthalic white Gelcoat finishing for inner surface and waxed gel coat coating for external surface in white colour. ANTIFUNGUS LAYER A middle layer is provided with advised chemical to prevent fungus and Ultra violet Rays. JOINTS All the joints are done by G.I Nut Bolts covered with GRP Gel coat STRUCTURE 1 mm. Thick white gel coat Interior Layer finishing. A surface Mat is provided to protect inner coating. Adequate layers of fibre mat and woven roving layers will be applied according to the capacity of the tank using required Resin and chemicals to suit the usage of tank. The middle layer will be for Anti Fungus Treatment. The over coat will be given with waxed white coating to get a clear look. EXTRA FITTINGS Inlet, Outlet , Drain and over flow connection with PVC Heavy Duty pipe will be provided free of cost on request. If You Connecting Outlet with Heavy Valves and fittings the overweight will be effected to the tank. So you should be take Precautions for this overweight not to be effecting the tank. Keep suitable support and make sure the connections are not hanged. ERECTION The Tanks should be seated in a Flat smooth Concrete surface and in proper level so that only the total load will be equally distributed on each leg.
