1. Defective or Damaged Products

A: If the product you received is damaged or defective, you can return it in the same condition with the original box and packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund. Any shipping charges paid will also be refunded.

2. Incorrect Products

Q: I received the wrong product. How can I return it?

A: If you receive an incorrect product, return it in the same condition with the original box and packaging intact. We will refund your payment once we receive and verify the returned product, provided the return is made within 15 days of receipt.

3. Conditions When Return is Not Possible

Q: When is a return not possible?

A: Returns are not supported in the following cases:

  • The return request is made outside the 15-day window from the date of receipt.
  • The product is used, damaged, or not in the same condition as received.
  • Consumable products that have been used or installed.
  • Products with a tampered or counterfeit serial number.
  • Missing packaging, price tags, labels, or accessories.
  • Personal hygiene products and certain categories of items listed below.

4. Change of Mind

Q: I changed my mind. Can I return what I bought?

A: If you change your mind before receiving the product, contact us to cancel your order for a full refund, including shipping charges. If you wish to return the product after receiving it, you have up to 15 days to return it, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The product is not on the non-returnable products list.
  • The product is not a clearance item marked as non-returnable.
  • The product is unopened with its original seal intact.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Q: What products cannot be returned?

A: The following products are non-returnable:

  • Clearance items marked as non-returnable.
  • Products specified as non-returnable in the offer notes.
  • Cell phones (unless there is a manufacturer defect).
  • Consumable products that have been used or installed.

6. Return Process

Q: How long does it take to receive the returned products?

A: A representative from the shipping company will typically contact you within 3-5 days of your return request. In some cases, it may take up to two weeks for the product to be picked up.

Q: Can I schedule an appointment with the shipping company to return an item?

A: Currently, direct contact with the shipping company is not possible. However, once a representative contacts you, you can arrange a suitable pickup time.

7. Late Returns

Q: Can I return my product after 15 days?

A: If you need to return a product after the 15-day period, please contact our Customer Service Team at +971 2 5511633 or through the Contact Us page. Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to consumer protection laws.

8. Refunds

Q: How can I get my refund if I paid by credit card?

A: For payments made via credit card or debit card, the refund will be credited to your card. It may take up to a month for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.

9. Exchanges

Q: Can I exchange a product instead of getting a refund?

A: Currently, ADBUILD does not support product exchanges. However, you can return the product for a full refund.

10. Lost Original Packaging

Q: I lost the original box. How can I return the product?

A: We only accept returns if the product is in its original unopened box or packaging with all labels and barcodes intact. Please check our Help Center for more information.

11. Definition of "Retail Wrap"

Q: What does "retail wrap" mean?

A: "Retail wrap" means the product is new, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging, just as it was delivered to you.

12. Returning Products via Courier

Q: Can I return a product through my courier company or deliver it in person?

A: Products can only be returned through one of our couriers at this time.

13. Shipping Fees for Returns

Q: Who pays the shipping fee when the product is returned?

A: Products can be returned for free within 15 days from the date of delivery. All shipping fees are covered by ADBUILD.
